Roles Viewer, Editor, Admin – plus a read switch per person and entity scopes that define which data is visible at all.

Who may write?

Only those who have the action on their action allowlist – per person, per action. The default is: read only.

What exactly gets changed?

Every write action comes as a preview first – field by field, line by line. Nothing runs unasked.

Who approves?

You – with a one-time approval, payload-bound via SHA-256. It covers exactly this action with exactly these values, then never again.
