Distinguish reading from writing
A read does not change business records. A write can create, change or delete a record, or trigger a business process. For these changes through the wals.pro AI MCP connection, the sequence is preview → your explicit approval → execution.
A preview is not an executed change. General permission to use a connector does not replace approval of a specific change.
Check these details
- System: Is the workspace correct? Is it Live or Demo?
- Record: Are the number, name and affected line items correct?
- Change: Which values will be set or removed? Which quantities, amounts and dates apply?
- Effects: Will this only create a draft, for example, or trigger another process?
Ask for an explanation or corrected preview if anything is missing. Approve only when you want that exact change. A revised task requires a matching new preview.
Check the result afterwards
Ask for the changes made and affected record numbers. Check important results directly in weclapp. Approval only permits actions that your role, policy and other permissions already allow.
After a timeout or unclear response: Do not simply say “try again.” First check whether the change was already applied. Repeating it could create another record or duplicate an action. Use troubleshooting if the outcome remains unclear.
Learn safely
Begin with the first read-only questions. You can then request a preview and inspect it without approving it. Use only your own Demo system with example data for practice changes.
